Get Quote
We strongly advise you to request a quote of our currency rate directly from our admin. Exchange rates shown on this website are indicative and are updated frequently based on the fluctuations in the currency market. We do not charge you additional fees or commissions on top of our exchange rates. All exchange rates are subject to change without notice.

Lock In Rate & Confirmation
We will set a 10 minute window to lock in the currency rate that we have offered to you. Once you have confirmed the rate, we will then lock in your order. Please note that once your order has been locked in, we do not accept anymore changes.

Collection at Counter
Please visit us personally to collect your exchange at our office counters. For payments via bank transfers please allow up to 1 business day for the transaction to be completed.

We currently accept payments by bank transfer or cash only. Although, payments via bank transfer MUST be accompanied with an identification card of the person who transferred.
Are there any additional fees I have to pay?
Good news! We DO NOT charge you extra additional fees on top of our exchange rates.
Can you deliver my order?
We currently do not have the option to deliver to your door but please contact us for further information regarding delivery. Please come visit our main office to collect your order.
Can I order the exchange rate for tomorrow?
Absolutely! We provide a lock in rate system, which you can reserve or book your currency exchange rate by paying a down payment via bank transfer. Order must be paid in full before collecting your order. **Note: We do not accept refunds on down payments
